- Grievance Procedure
- Any employee who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should report the matter immediately to the HR department or designated Grievance Officer.
- Complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially. Appropriate corrective measures will be taken.
- Enforcement and Consequences
- Violations of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
- No retaliation will be tolerated against employees who report discrimination in good faith.
- Legal Compliance
- This policy complies with the Indian Constitution Articles 15 and 16, Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and other applicable laws.
- Communication and Review
- This policy will be communicated to all employees during onboarding and periodically thereafter.
- The policy will be reviewed and updated as necessary to comply with changes in legal requirements and company standards.
Violations and Reporting
- Violations of this policy, regardless of whether an actual law has been violated will not be tolerated.
- The Company will promptly, thoroughly and fairly investigate every issue that is brought to its attention in this area and will take disciplinary action, when appropriate, up to and including termination of employment.
- Employees who believe they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or any violation of this policy are encouraged to report the matter immediately.
- Reports can be made without fear of retaliation or victimization.
- All complaints will be treated confidentially to the extent possible and investigated impartially.
