- Return Window
Customers can request a return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product should be in good condition.
- The product should include original packaging where possible.
- The product should not show signs of heavy use, damage, stains, or misuse.
Returned products will be inspected before processing refunds or exchanges.
- Free Size Exchange
For support products such as Back Support, Knee Support, Elbow Support, Wrist Support, and other braces, betterhood offers one free size exchange if the product does not fit properly.
Customers may try the product for fit and comfort, but the product should not show excessive wear or damage.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, our team will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Customers may be asked to share photos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened unless they are damaged or defective.
These include:
- Personal care products
- Recovery lotions or creams
- Products showing heavy usage, stains, or physical damage

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team and provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
Customers may be required to share product images or videos for verification before return approval. Pickup will typically be arranged within 2–3 working days after approval.
- Return Shipping
Free return pickup will be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product delivered
- Approved size exchange
If a return is requested due to personal preference, change of mind, or an order placed by mistake, a nominal return fee may apply. This fee can vary based on location and logistics, and will be clearly communicated during the return approval process.
To make things easy, betterhood can arrange a doorstep pickup for you. The applicable return fee will be adjusted against your refund.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you may also choose to self-ship the product to our return address. Once we receive and verify the product, your return will be processed smoothly.
Repeated returns or misuse of the return policy may result in restrictions on future orders or returns.
- Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in the account.
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. Customers may refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving the order.
