Dr. Anjana Gupta(PT),director of Physio care is a practicing physiotherapy clinician with more than two decades of experience..Her expertise,but is not limited to,the management of pediatrics, geriatric patients with orthopedic and neurological disorder. She follows the principle -the therapy should facilitate the body’s natural healing process using different therapy including exercise, manual therapy and therapeutic physical agents such as ,U S,TENS and IFT. Over the years she has gathered the need to address to concerns of expecting moms and decided to come up with exclusive classes for them. In these apart from a fitness regime she also advises upon the nutrition aspect, thereby helping them to attain a healthy mind, body & soul alignment.

Highlights: Have worked for LNJP hospital in the Orthopedics Department and GB Pant Hospital in the Neurology Department as a Senior Physiotherapist.Her work revolved around Joint Pains, Fractures, Hip and Knee replacements. She worked as a Senior Physiotherapist for the Neurology Department.There she worked as a Senior Physiotherapist for the Neurology Department. Her work there was to handle neurological cases. . After working for these hospitals Dr. Anjana started own center to educate and empower patients especially women to live their life painlessly and also counsel them through different corporal issues they face in life.’It is a proud feeling to serve friends and see them recovering ‘says Dr Anjana .
