SECTION 10 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. AGEBETTER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. SECTION 11 – RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

AGEBETTER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/internal teams and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

AGEBETTER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

AGEBETTER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept returns requests.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the AGEBETTER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

We accept replacement requests for up to 10 days after the item is delivered to you, for items sold on our website that specifically mention ’10 days replacement’ on their product pages. Please submit your replacement request through our website. The request will be reviewed by our internal team and will be approved for action. We reserve the sole right to refuse any replacement request.
